By using Octavyan, you agree to these terms. If you are registering on behalf of a minor, you confirm you have parental or legal guardian authority to do so.
2. Service description
Octavyan provides an educational counseling platform connecting students with verified counselors. We do not guarantee admission to any university or educational institution.
3. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining account security, and using the platform in accordance with its intended educational purpose.
4. Counselor standards
All counselors on the platform have completed the Octavyan Verified vetting process. However, Octavyan is not liable for individual counseling outcomes.
5. Safeguarding
All messaging on the platform is monitored for safeguarding purposes. Users must not use the platform to share harmful, inappropriate, or illegal content.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
